The noise from the street is unbearable at night!!! It's frustrating to have limited sunbeds by the pool during busy times!!! The inconsistency in housekeeping supervision needs addressing!!!

The hotel is beautiful, well located and comfortable.
Breakfast is very bad. An intractable juice and coffee.

Got an enjoyable and delicious breakfast included. Location: the hotel was so close to the main square and the train station which is a 2 minute walk away, a lovely pizzeria, and reasonably priced bars/ restaurants.

The location is a standout, just a quick walk to the main square and transport links. The charming lemon garden area provides a nice escape from the hustle and bustle, and the clean, modern decor creates a cute atmosphere.
Some amenities fell short of expectations, like the air conditioning that couldn't be adjusted from the room, which can be a pain if you want to tweak the temperature. Pool area felt cramped, especially when the hotel is at capacity-counting sunbeds, there are about 12 , leading to a scramble for spots. Our room had a lovely balcony, but the lack of privacy walls meant neighbors could see right over was great. The shower design is an issue. Water leaks out onto the floor due to poor drainage, and reviews show it's been mentioned before without resolution. Lastly, the fridge barely cooled drinks, more frustrating than it should have been.

i greatly enjoyed the very nice area: there was a bus stop in close proximity to the hotel.

It is a nice hotel, quiet good value, with a small pool and comfortable rooms, in the centre of a busy but very beautiful beach town. Ask for room 218, it has a very large roof terrace which even has a little bit of seaview.
While most of the staff was friendly, some of them were not. When we asked for a simple knife to cut some fruit it was bluntly refused. And you have to bring your own towel for the pool or pay a quite high rent, which is a bit silly policy for an otherwise comfortable hotel.

Magical, Magical, Magical
I recently spent 5 nights in a Double or Twin Room with a Balcony, and let me tell you, waking up to the charming lemon orchard view was pure bliss! The breakfast was divine, with fresh pastries and made-to-order hot dishes that fueled my day of exploration. And the pool area? It was the perfect oasis to unwind after a day filled with adventures!

Gorgeous property, has brilliantly friendly staff on the reception desk. Modern rooms, lovely view of the sea in the distance. The pool area is nice too. Nice interior, fabulous restaurant. Fantastic and incredible location minutes from Piazza Tasso. The hotel minutes from bars and eateries. Plenty of restaurants and bars in the area.

When we arrived the staff were expecting us and were very friendly. If we asked any questions they were helpful. The hotel was very clean, the swimming pool was clean and very relaxing.
The only thing that I didn't like was the breakfast. There wasn't much choice. The juice wasn't very nice. The kitchen staff were friendly though.

Central location close to rail station, and beautifully decorated hotel. Currently in process of being renovated.
The hotel in April was booked most entirely by foreign middle and high school students traveling in large Spring break groups . Many of the students were poorly mannered and very loud in the halls in the evenings, and uncontrolled by the accompanying chaperones.

The hotel exudes a fresh and cute atmosphere, characterized by immaculate decor and helpful staff. Enjoyable breakfast options included homemade sausages and freshly made omelettes. The location is conveniently just a short walk to attractions. The bathroom could benefit from updates, and there was a minor issue with room soundproofing. The pool area needed a bit more attention as well.

I was charmed by the elegantly decorated common areas and the inviting lemon garden with a serene atmosphere. The accessibility.
A ramp for suitcase assistance would be helpful.

Good location by the main street, close the centre, yet the rooms at the garden side were very quiet. Quite new and clean rooms. Quiet air-conditioning worked well, for the first time for me in Italy. Nice pool area and a charming garden. The staff was very nice and co-operative. The overall feeling was harmonic and relaxed.
Middle priced. The breakfast was OK but I would rank it as moderate.
